• Shaping and driving financial strategy aligned with business goals
• Supporting long-term planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
• Advising senior leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership and Executive team, to contribute towards business strategy and help improve financial performance

We're looking for senior finance professionals who combine deep technical knowledge with a strategic mindset and the ability to lead with impact. You'll be someone who can navigate complexity, influence decision‑making, and drive meaningful change across the organisation. You should be:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial insight into strategic action
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and transformation
