We’re now hiring across multiple levels in our Commercial Cost team – whether you’re early in your career or an experienced leader, there’s a role here where you can make a real impact.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOWYou’ll be part of a team at the heart of how we plan, manage and control costs across major infrastructure projects – turning data into insight, improving performance, and supporting key commercial decisions.
A great entry point into commercial cost management, where you’ll:
- Support pricing, cost curves and cost data management
- Analyse data to track performance and identify trends
- Provide cost support to Quantity Surveyors and the wider team
- Help produce reports that inform decision-making

Commercial Cost Specialist- Set and manage prices in line with commercial models
- Work closely with Estimators and QSs to ensure consistent pricing
- Develop and improve cost curves and reporting
- Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities and efficiencies
- Support governance, monitoring and financial performance
You’ll be influencing decisions and shaping how cost data is used across the programme.
Senior Commercial Cost Specialist- Set direction for cost management across the programme
- Own cost data, cost curves and pricing governance
- Lead consistency, assurance and continuous improvement
- Provide expert insight on complex cost challenges
- Mentor and develop others while influencing senior stakeholders
This role plays a critical part in shaping how cost is governed and applied at scale.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TOTHE ROLE
Across all levels, we’re looking for people who:
- Are confident working with data and turning insight into action
- Can communicate clearly and influence stakeholders
- Bring a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Depending on level, you may bring:
- Experience in utilities, construction, engineering or infrastructure
- Knowledge of governance, assurance or NEC contracts
- Leadership or mentoring experience (senior level)
