Our client is a well-established and successful Financial Advisory practice based in Coventry and due to continued growth, is looking to take on an experienced client services administrator into their financial advice support function.
Their practice offers wealth management, mortgages and protection products and services to its customers and is supported by a strong and dedicated team of technical administration support to ensure the best customer experience possible.
Your apprenticeship opportunity there will support advisers and clients with wealth and pension products and services offered, typically tasks may include data gathering, liaison with clients, liaison with product providers, inputting cases, writing suitability reports, fund switches, withdrawals and meeting arrangements.
For this particular opportunity, you should be thinking about a career in financial services, have an eye for detail and good presentational standards. Ultimately this role could lead you to a career in paraplanning or becoming a financial adviser.
Your role will form part of a team where you and your colleagues will offer a professional and polite support function to clients. Through an agreed training and development plan, your position will develop over time, possibly to a more technical support position or, perhaps into something along the advisory route. The options are open to you in this role.
Responsibilities- Data collation to support suitability reports
- Responding to client and service provider queries
- Booking/hosting appointments and meetings
- Writing reports (training given)
- Assisting with fund switches (training given)
As you will be speaking with customers via calls and emails, potentially meeting them when they visit, your professional and polite customer service style will be needed at all times.
Additionally, your natural focus of attention to detail will also be required as you will be handling sensitive and personal information.
Hours of work and scheduleMonday to Friday – 09.00 – 17.00
Salary and benefitsA start rate of £25,000 + annual review (discretionary) + Training & Development plan – Holidays 24 days + bank Holidays + Pension (auto enrol following probation).
