Compliance Officer, Finance & Banking

Compliance Officer We are partnering with a leading London Market insurer seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team. You'll play a key role in supporting the Compliance function, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, maintaining policies and controls, and providing guidance to the wider business on compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the annual Compliance Plan and compliance monitoring activities. Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Assist with regulatory reporting and governance requirements. Monitor FCA, Lloyd's and wider regulatory developments. Support SMCR requirements and compliance training initiatives. Maintain compliance registers and reporting schedules. Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct.

About You:

Previous experience in a Compliance Analyst, Compliance Officer or similar role. Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks. Lloyd's market experience preferred. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience maintaining compliance logs, registers and regulatory reporting schedules.
