Cambridgeshire Salary: £75,000-£85,000  benefits We are partnering with a successful and growing business to recruit a Commercial Finance Lead. This is a key role within the finance function, partnering closely with Commercial, Procurement and Finance stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and financial guidance to support business performance and decision-making. The role will suit a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys business partnering, improving performance and turning financial data into meaningful insight.

Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Procurement and Finance Deliver commercial analysis, reporting and performance insight Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Support pricing, tenders and strategic business initiatives Identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements Drive improvements across processes, controls and reporting Support the development of finance systems and reporting tools Key Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insight clearly Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance systems

Experience with in FMCG, manufacturing, food or supply chain environments is beneficial About You You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business, challenging decisions and using insight to drive performance. You build strong relationships, take ownership and bring a proactive approach to improving how finance supports the wider organisation.
