Argos is seeking a Head of Returns & Stock Exit to lead the end-to-end strategy for returns, refurbishment, recycling and stock liquidation, owning the P&L and guiding a diverse team to deliver value across the business.
You'll partner with Commercial, Operations, Digital and Finance to shape operating models, drive long-term change, and ensure value recovery while supporting sustainability goals and regulatory alignment.
