Santander Coventry Branch is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to deliver friendly, efficient service on a 35-hour rotating schedule. You will handle in-branch and phone queries, assist with transactions, and help protect customers against fraud and scams.
You’ll grow product knowledge, build relationships with customers, and support a multi-skilled team in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering an outstanding banking experience.
