Head of Finance - Systems

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a Finance Systems team to set and govern the systems strategy, enabling secure, high-quality financial data and processes. You'll partner with Technology and Finance leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and governance across the finance technology landscape. You'll steer programmes, manage change, and engage senior stakeholders to realise operational and strategic outcomes. • People management experience leading a Finance Systems team in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience delivering finance-related programmes and projects with governance and implementation.
• Experience leading organisational change and adopting new systems/processes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance and Technology.
