As Audit Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, leading audits across a variety of industries and helping businesses achieve their goals. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring your team, shaping department growth, and spotting opportunities to add value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for a diverse client portfolio
  • Lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance and high standards
  • Support business development by attending meetings and winning new work
  • Mentor and appraise trainees and junior staff, guiding their career growth
  • Plan audit assignments and oversee staff scheduling
  • Work closely with Directors and other managers to improve processes and spot cross-selling opportunities
  • Stay up to date with best practice and technical developments, sharing knowledge with the team
What We’re Looking For
  • ACA / ACCA qualified with at least 5 years’ post-qualified experience
  • Strong background in audit within practice
  • Experience with FRS
    102, OMBs, groups, FCA clients, IFRS or charities is a plus
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills
  • Someone who enjoys building client relationships and developing people
