Senior Paraplanner | Established National Advice Firm | London | Up to £60,000

Location:

London (hybrid - 2 days office, 3 days home) Salary: £52,000 - £60,000 plus bonus, pension and full benefits The firm A well-established national financial planning business with a substantial London presence, a mature paraplanning function and a genuine track record of promoting from within. The role A senior position within an established technical team, with scope to take on mentoring and process responsibility alongside your casework:
Producing suitability reports on complex cases - DB transfers, IHT planning, trusts and corporate work Acting as a technical reference point for junior paraplanners and administrators Contributing to research, panel reviews and the ongoing development of report templates and process Partnering with a defined group of advisers rather than working from a general pool What we're looking for Level 4 Diploma qualified, with meaningful progress towards Chartered Four or more years' paraplanning experience, including complex casework Confident working independently and comfortable challenging an adviser's thinking where the technical position warrants it Prior experience mentoring junior colleagues is welcome, though not essential
