The team is deliberately small, the client work is genuinely bespoke, and nobody here is a number.

The role You'll work directly alongside two senior financial planners, taking full ownership of the technical side of the advice process:
Preparing suitability reports across pensions, investments, IHT and protection Research and product comparison, including cashflow modelling Attending client meetings where useful, and taking the technical lead on more complex cases Working with the planners to shape recommendations rather than simply writing them up What we're looking for Level 4 Diploma qualified, or close to completion Two or more years in a paraplanning or technical support role within financial planning Comfortable writing suitability reports independently Someone who enjoys the technical detail and wants a say in the advice, not just the paperwork
