A leading multi-billion-pound organisation is seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team during a significant period of growth and transformation. This is a broad role with responsibility for financial control, consolidation, reporting and driving improvements across finance processes, including supporting the implementation of a new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of month-end and year-end close processes.
- Lead group consolidation and financial reporting activities.
- Maintain a strong financial control environment and ensure balance sheet integrity.
- Prepare management accounts, reporting packs and statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, providing financial insight and supporting key strategic decisions.
- Drive process improvements, automation and standardisation across finance.
- Play a key role in finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Ideally trained within a Top 10 accounting firm before moving into industry.
- Strong technical accounting, controls and reporting experience.
- Experience with in a large, complex organisation.
- Exposure to group consolidations and financial reporting.
- ERP implementation or finance transformation experience is highly desirable.
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
