Finance Business Partner

SF Partners are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a fast-growing, PE-backed international business.

This is an opportunity to get close to the decisions driving growth. Working with senior commercial and operational leaders, you’ll take ownership of financial reporting and planning across a portfolio of business units, helping them understand performance, improve profitability and act on opportunities.

The business is continuing to expand, so there’s plenty of scope to improve processes, shape the role and build your future career pathway.

The role

Partner with senior leaders, providing clear financial advice and constructive challenge.
Own management reporting, explaining performance and highlighting risks and opportunities.
Lead budgeting and forecasting across your portfolio.
Analyse revenue, margins and expenditure to support commercial decisions.
Maintain accurate financial accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and audit compliance.
Develop reporting and improve processes as the business grows.

About you

You’ll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.

You’ll enjoy working with people outside finance, feel comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and be happy getting into the detail. Clear communication, commercial judgement and the ability to manage competing deadlines will be essential. Line management experience is highly desirable
