Position: Housing Review Officer

Your new role
As a Housing Review Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing cases under Part 6 and Part 7 of the Housing Act. Your duties will include managing the housing review mailbox, responding to queries, and ensuring all reviews are completed accurately and in line with statutory requirements. You will play a key role in supporting the council's housing service and maintaining high standards of customer care.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you MUST have prior experience in housing reviews or as a housing officer. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
