A Surrey-based council is seeking an experienced contractor to assist across all areas of Private Sector Housing. The assignment is a 6-month contract with potential extension, offering 37 hours per week and a mix of 2 days in the office with 3 days working from home.
Key duties include conducting HMO inspections, investigating complaints, carrying out HHRS assessments, and responding to assessment findings. DFG experience is desirable.
