Diversifying.io is launching a two-year graduate programme designed to train people from any degree discipline who want to build public trust and reduce crime in communities.
In a neighbourhood policing role, you’ll be embedded in a team, using problem-solving and decision-making to identify risk, tackle anti-social behaviour, and support safer communities. No policing experience is required; focus is on motivation and making a lasting difference, with full training and progression.
