Ideal Candidate:

Must be on a CPPE Pathway course or already qualified
Must be registered with GPhC
Confident managing vulnerable patient groups
Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions
Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
Strong understanding of general practice workflows
