- Young people with:
- Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Learning difficulties
- Complex healthcare needs
- Challenging behaviours
- Communication needs
- Those requiring therapeutic, person-centered approaches
- Experience working with young people with learning difficulties and complex needs
- Understanding of therapeutic and positive behaviour support approaches
- Mandatory Training or Care Certificate (including practical Moving & Handling)
- Oliver McGowan Training
- Safeguarding Children
- Medication Awareness
- Ability to support non-verbal communication (e.g., Makaton or PECS)
- Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Supportive teams across all locations

Requirements- Prior experience as a Support Worker or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Valid UK Driver's License
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Mandatory training certifications in areas such as first aid, health and safety, and safeguarding.
