Support Worker, Healthcare Nursing

This is a flexible agency role, offering a variety of shift patterns and placements throughout Coventry to suit your availability and lifestyle.
What We're Looking For

* Minimum 6 months UK-based experience in a care or support role

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures

* Confidence in personal care, medication administration, feeding, and manual handling

* Ability to provide a 3-year work reference history

* Overseas Police Check (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver person-centred care, including personal care, meals, mobility, and hygiene support

* Administer medication in line with individual care plans

* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing of service users

* Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care

* Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment

* Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns

* Manage emergency situations in line with established protocols

* Complete accurate and timely documentation and care records
