Pharmacy Technician

You will rotate through the Dispensary, Ward services and Stores sections at both University Hospital of Coventry and Warwickshire and St Cross Hospital at Rugby, as well as our Aseptic department gaining experience and undertaking additional training if required.
Applicants should have good communication & organisational skills; be self‑motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and able to work well in an environment of change and transition. Applicants must also have good computer skills and be able to work well under pressure.
You must be willing to learn and take responsibility, working well within a diverse team consisting of Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists, Nurses and Clerical staff. You will also be expected to develop good working relationships with other departments within the Pharmacy and Hospital.
You will work closely with the rest of the pharmacy team to provide high quality pharmaceutical care to all patients within the Trust, whether in a dispensary or ward based aspect.
