Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Children & Adolescents

Department: Child & Adolescent Residential services / Psychology Services

Location: Remote or face to face

To provide high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural, developmental, and mental health difficulties. The role includes working collaboratively with families, schools, social care, and other professionals to promote positive mental health outcomes suitable for a residential setting.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardised tools, clinical interviews, and behavioural observations.
• Develop individualised case formulations and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, systemic therapy, trauma-focused approaches).
• Work with registered manager - owner to support behaviour management, attachment, and emotional development.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments where necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical records in accordance with professional guidelines.
