Position: Higher Level Assistant Psychologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our newly transformed eating disorders service. The post holder will join a multi‑disciplinary team working to provide good quality and compassionate care to people with eating disorders and their carers.

The role will support various pathways within the service under the supervision of qualified Psychologists and Psychological Therapists.

The post holder will support assessments and the delivery of group and individual interventions. They will take a key role in monitoring and auditing treatment outcomes and assisting with the development of new psychological treatment pathways within the service.

Working as a valued member of the MDT, the post holder will collaborate with colleagues from a wide range of disciplines. The position offers supervision from a qualified psychologist and line management from a senior colleague, along with training and CPD opportunities within the mental health trust.
