Registered Nursing Home Manager – Coventry
Salary: £65,000
Claire at Amber Mace is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading care provider in the Coventry area. We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead one of their outstanding care homes.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse-qualified professional with proven experience as a registered manager. You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with CQC standards, and the wellbeing of both residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse (NMC) qualification is essential
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing care setting
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Passion for delivering outstanding care and maintaining compliance
