Senior Care Assistant - Nights

The role of a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

• Monitor resident wellbeing and ensure care plans are updated.
• Implement and evaluate person‑centred care plans.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development.
• Act as a key point of contact with residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.

Shift: 8pm – 8am

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar care environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
• Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

• DBS Disclosure check – cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
