As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Care Coordinator to join our friendly team and help us deliver exceptional care across Coventry.
Role Overview:As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our care service. You’ll be responsible for coordinating care schedules, supporting care staff, and maintaining excellent communication with clients, families, and external professionals.
Shift Pattern:The working hours are Monday to Friday - 10am to 6pm in addition to any on‑call responsibilities. We’re more than happy to work around your availability.
Pay:We are offering between £22,000 to £26,000 per annum (depending upon experience) and are happy to discuss a slight increase.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage staff rotas to ensure all care visits are covered efficiently
- Liaise with clients, families, and care professionals to ensure high‑quality service delivery
- Support care staff with day‑to‑day queries and provide guidance when needed
- Conduct Carers practical assessments
- Conduct Client assessments
- Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required
- Participate in on‑call duties on a rota basis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC standards
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, and supervision
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident, and passionate about delivering excellent care.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Care Coordinator / Care Team Lead role
- Full UK driving licence and car
- Understanding of confidentiality in relation to home care services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills, including care management systems
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area
- Flexibility and commitment to updating knowledge and skills regularly
