As part of the Programme Management Office (PMO) you will work in collaboration with the Trust's clinical and non-clinical groups and departments to support the delivery of strategic objectives.
The post holder will provide assistance with planning and managing small/medium scale projects and assist with the delivery of strategic programmes within the Programme Management Office (PMO). In addition, you will assist clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure that necessary tasks and targets outlined in project plans are achieved, including the delivery of benefits.
The post holder will assist with the management of project risks and issues and careful monitoring of action plans to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times and that appropriate documentation and communication takes place throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective delivery within set timescales.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, highly motivated individual with excellent project management skills to join the Programme Management Office (PMO) at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust.
The role requires an individual who is an effective communicator, with the ability to communicate with both clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels within the organisation, in addition to external project stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential. Experience using project management software, tools and methodologies used to define, develop, manage and monitor project plans is also an essential requirement.
