Senior Schemes Manager- Healthcare

Based in South West London, you will join a collaborative cohort of technical specialists, clinicians and commercial leaders who are known for solving challenges others can’t! The role Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Schemes Manager within the healthcare and medical remit to take full ownership of several large and high-profile healthcare schemes. This position combines strategic leadership with operational control.

You will be the key link between all the related parties, ensuring schemes are robust, compliant and future-ready. Your analysis and recommendations will shape board-level decisions, funding strategy and long-term programme design. Responsibilities Leading the oversight and performance of complex healthcare schemes. Managing the financial lifecycle, including renewals and funding strategy. Presenting clear, data-led insights to senior stakeholders and boards.

Acting as the trusted senior contact for clients and clinical partners. Enhancing governance, reporting and operational processes. Driving efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement. We’re keen to speak with individuals who bring: A strong background in healthcare schemes, insurance programmes or trust environments. Proven experience operating at senior stakeholder or board level. Commercial and financial strength, particularly around performance and contributions.

A calm, structured and solutions-focused approach. The ability to manage complex and sensitive matters with credibility.
