Esteemed Life Care is seeking experienced Care Workers who are already in the UK and looking to switch their Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. This is a full-time permanent role offering competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment.

As a Care Worker, you will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients in their homes and communities. This role requires a caring nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between clients.

• Support personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light domestic tasks (laundry, cleaning, meal preparation)
• Accompany clients to activities or appointments
• Ensure safety and wellbeing through respectful, reliable care

• Minimum 1 year of home care experience
• Full UK driving licence or valid international licence (minimum 1 year remaining)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Caring, compassionate, and reliable attitude
• Availability to work weekends
• Basic cooking skills
• Experience supporting clients with mobility challenges

• Mileage reimbursement between clients
• Skilled Worker visa sponsorship (switching only)
