NHS is seeking a Heart Failure Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation Team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire. This part-time, permanent role involves managing a defined caseload and delivering safe, patient-centered care across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will need specialist cardiology knowledge and experience in cardiac rehabilitation. A full UK driving licence is required, along with immunisation records. The salary ranges from £39,959 to £48,117 per annum pro rata.
