Helpline Practitioner – Domestic Abuse & BAME Communities (Female Applicants Only)
Coventry (Office Based)
£12,602 per annum
Working PatternWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Helpline Practitioner to support individuals affected by Domestic Abuse, Honour-Based Abuse, Forced Marriage, and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).
You will provide helpline support, undertake risk assessments, safety planning, safeguarding, advocacy, referrals, and case management while supporting survivors from diverse backgrounds, including BAME communities.
- Domestic Abuse, Safeguarding, Social Care, Housing, Mental Health, Community Support or similar
- Risk Assessment & Safety Planning
- Advocacy & Case Management
- Trauma-Informed Practice
- Strong Communication & IT Skills
