Please be aware this role is for 33 hours per week and night shift only.

• Plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence.
• Work with residents and their families to ensure truly personalised care plans.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Assist with daily activities such as showing use of walking frames, helping with meals, and speaking with families.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
• Administer medication when required.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Build strong relationships with the team.
• Safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect and reporting appropriately.

• Completed Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Adult Social Care (or equivalent).
• Prepared to pursue Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience with person‑centred care planning and caring for people with dementia.
• Positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to get along with people.
• Good record‑keeping and effective time‑management skills.
• Considerate and kind communication with residents and co‑workers.

• Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG.
• Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications.
