Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Occupational Therapist to join the new and transformational Integrated Neighbourhood team‑South (INT). The INT is part of a network of six neighbourhood teams across Coventry, supported by multi‑professional teams offering a holistic and integrated approach to urgent community needs.

• Provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessment, treatment and review of patients with a wide variety of conditions including neurological, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, care of the elderly, respiratory and falls.
• Deliver care predominantly at the patient’s place of residence, but also include short‑term placements and other settings.
• Provide advice and guidance to patients, carers and health and social care staff.
• Support the professional development of staff within the INT and other services, where appropriate.
• Support and contribute toward service development and meeting key performance indicators.
• Participate in 7‑day working rotas to ensure delivery of key services.

• Full, valid UK driving licence is essential for this post; an international driving licence is not accepted.
