Location: Leicester (LE4)
Salary:£14.95 per hour, £31,096 to £32,650
Full time:40-42 hours a week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join a service in the LE4 area, supporting one service user who requires 3:1 support
. You will oversee a team of Support Workers and work closely with the Area Manager to ensure high quality, person centred care.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities
, who is confident leading teams and maintaining excellent standards of care.
A full Manual UK Driving Licence is essential.
About the Role
- Split role: direct support and administrative duties
- Complete quality assurance tasks in line with CQC standards
- Lead, coach, and mentor Support Workers
- Create and manage rotas in advance
- Maintain and review care plans, risk assessments, and service documentation
- Analyse and feedback on records such as ABC charts, incident forms, and food/fluid charts
- Promote safe working practices and uphold Health & Safety legislation
- Participate in the on?call rota
- Work a mix of weekdays and weekends, example shift:
08:0022:00
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities
- At least 1 year of care management or team leadership experience
- Strong communication, professionalism, and conflict?resolution skills
- Commitment to dignity, respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence (required)
