Anchor Hanover Group is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Godiva Lodge in Coventry, a 40-bed dementia care home. You will champion outstanding care delivery, inspire your team, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
The right candidate will have previous management experience, a commitment to improving residents' lives, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care is preferred, or a willingness to achieve it.
