Hours: 44 Hours/week Days and Nights with alternate weekends

Roseberry Care is a warm and welcoming community with over 1,500 dedicated professionals across 25 homes—from Morpeth to Milton Keynes. We support nearly 1,200 residents, offering everything from elderly and dementia care to care for younger adults with neurological or physical disabilities.

As a Care Assistant you will support our residents in their day to day lives including providing personal care, social activities, and meals time to promote independence and maximise their quality of life.

• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Offer companionship and a friendly presence
• Support mental and emotional well-being
• Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition

• Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Care although this is not essential
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• A genuine passion for elderly care and team development
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
