Careat is proud to launch an exciting new client partnership in the CV6 and CV7 area and is looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing team. Staff will ideally hold CPI training to work within residential care services supporting mental health and learning disabilities, and other opportunities are available within care home settings across various post codes.

Key Responsibilities- Provide support within residential care services for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, medication administration and health monitoring as per care plans.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care and support.
- Minimum 150 hours of UK care experience.
- In‑date DBS (or on the Update Service).
- Mandatory training certificates (practical and online, verifiable).
- Genuine passion for supporting others.
- Flexible shifts – days, nights, weekends (full‑time or part‑time).

- £200 for RGN referrals.
