Full-time and part-time positions available, covering both short and long calls Earnings:
Up to £35,680 per annum for experienced Clinical Support Workers, with the potential to earn more
Contract:
Permanent We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Clinical Support Workers to join our team, supporting clients across the Leicester area. Whether you are already experienced or looking for a way into care, we will give you the training and support to do the job well. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one care in clients' own homes, helping them maintain their independence while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Role As part of a dedicated care team, you will support clients with complex healthcare needs as part of a 24-hour rota. You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver safe, compassionate and dignified care, promoting each client's comfort and wellbeing. What You Will Need Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, reliable and professional approach The ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle both attract higher rates of pay Helpful Clinical Experience Experience in any of the following is welcome, but not essential we will train you:
Moving and handling, including the use of specialist equipment Providing care for individuals with complex clinical needs Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition Main Duties Deliver high-quality, person-centred care Support all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining dignity and respect Carry out clinical interventions in line with individual care plans and training Assist with moving and positioning using appropriate equipment and techniques Accurately complete care records and documentation Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team and family members where appropriate Promote each client's independence, safety and wellbeing at all times
