Role Description Female Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter
Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Salary: £25,525.50 per year (£13.09 per hour) plus benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Driving Licence: Beneficial but not essential

This is a physical, hands‑on role for someone who is experienced in supporting people that may demonstrate challenging behaviour, and tosucceed you’ll have:
- Good spoken and written English
- A full UK manual driving licence

- A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day
- A caring, positive and resilient mindset

About the HomeAt Arnold Road, Dorset we support a lovely lady who has transitioned from a long stay acute setting to her own home, supported by Seeability. She has moderate learning disabilities but manages her personal care with minimal prompting. A homebody at heart, she prefers staying in and communicating using a mix of Makaton and her own unique signs.
