• Lead, supervise, and support a team of care assistants in day-to-day duties
• Develop, monitor, and manage individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all care home regulations and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation using care IT systems
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
• Contribute to continuous improvement across care standards and procedures

• Proven experience in a senior care or team leader role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confident using IT systems and digital reporting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UK care home regulations and CQC standards (preferred)
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

The Willows Care Home is licensed to sponsor overseas candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements and provide documentation as required by UK Visas and Immigration.
