We’re an award‑winning home care provider looking for kind, reliable people to join our team across Mid Cheshire (Northwich, Knutsford, Holmes Chapel, Winsford). We especially need people who can work early mornings from 7am
, as this is when many of our clients need the most support.

What’s the role?

You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping with tasks such as:

  • Providing companionship and conversation
  • Supporting with daily household tasks and activities
  • Light housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, laundry, ironing)
  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Running errands (shopping, prescriptions)
  • Assisting with personal care (if required)
  • Medication reminders (if required)
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings (if required)
What we need from you:
  • A caring nature and good people skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time well
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for confidentiality
  • Physical stamina for household and personal care tasks
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check
  • Right to work in the UK
