University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is recruiting a Paediatric Diabetes Specialist Nurse on a 12-month fixed-term contract for 37.5 hours a week. The role covers Coventry and Rugby, with work across two hospital sites and home visits as required.
Immunisation reporting is needed. You will provide expert diabetes care education to children and their families, support the MDT, and lead ward-based training while travelling between sites.
