Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker for Hawkesbury Lodge, Coventry. This 35-hour-per-week role supports residents in a 24/7 residential setting, helping with daily living, rehabilitation activities, and community engagement.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop care and safety plans, monitor wellbeing, and promote recovery-focused outcomes for individuals living with complex mental health needs.
