HCRG Care Group is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Lifestyle Coach to join our Warwickshire 0–19 service. You will work across North, South and Central Warwickshire delivering one-to-one and group interventions with families to promote healthy eating, activity, breastfeeding and oral health.
