University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Renal Vascular Access Nurse to provide clinical expertise and leadership within the renal vascular access service. You will support planning for vascular access, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and drive evidence-based protocols to improve patient outcomes.
The role includes nurse-led assessment, staff education, and acting up in the absence of the Band 7 Nurse to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.
