Care Assistant / Support Worker

• Provide high-quality personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Support individuals with mobility, meal preparation, nutrition, hydration, and medication (where appropriately trained).
• Assist with daily living activities while encouraging independence and choice.
• Observe, monitor, and promptly report any changes in an individual's health, wellbeing, or behavior.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records in line with individual care plans.
• Comply with safeguarding, infection prevention and control, health and safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
• Build positive relationships by offering emotional support and communicating effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
