Ferndown, Dorset Salary: £25,525.50 per year (£13.09 per hour) plus benefits.

This is a physical, hands-on role for someone who is experienced in supporting people that may demonstrate challenging behaviour, and to succeed youll have:

She has moderate learning disabilities but manages her personal care with minimal prompting. A homebody at heart, she prefers staying in and communicating using a mix of Makaton and her own unique signs.
