Care Assistant – Days (Part Time)

We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Trinity Lodge. Whether you're experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding new career, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
Part-Time Care Assistant – Days (2 Positions)21 or 28 hours per week
3 or 4 shifts per week
Alternate weekends
Mixture of early and late day shifts
- Early shift: 7:15am – 2:45pm
- Late shift: 2:15pm – 9:45pm
The role will involve working a mixture of early and late shifts across the week, including alternate weekends.

Your RoleAs a Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, person‑centred care while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
You’ll support residents with personal care, mealtimes, mobility, daily routines and meaningful activities, while helping to create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, respected and valued.
No two days are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role where you'll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
