Care Assistant – Days (Part Time)
Trinity Lodge, Binley

We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Trinity Lodge. Whether you're experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding new career, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

Part-Time Care Assistant – Days (2 Positions)

21 or 28 hours per week
3 or 4 shifts per week
Alternate weekends
Mixture of early and late day shifts

  • Early shift: 7:15am – 2:45pm
  • Late shift: 2:15pm – 9:45pm

The role will involve working a mixture of early and late shifts across the week, including alternate weekends.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, person‑centred care while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

You’ll support residents with personal care, mealtimes, mobility, daily routines and meaningful activities, while helping to create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, respected and valued.

No two days are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role where you'll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
