40 hours per week – temporary position for 6 months

Your role- Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
- Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Make leisure and social activities part of every day
- Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
- Manage the homes rotas appropriately to ensure the home is operating efficiently, as well as being responsible for the safe administration of medication.
- Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
- Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
- Have experience of dealing with pre admission assessments and proven experience of managing people and rota management
- Team player who values collaboration
- Kindness and genuine interest in older people
- Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
