Almond Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their own homes within the CV1 area.

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, your duties may include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Assisting with bathing and showering
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Supporting with light household tasks
• Completing shopping and other community-based errands
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans

This placement may involve supporting clients with needs that include:

• Dementia
• Alzheimer’s disease
• Bed-bound care

You will receive guidance and support to ensure you can provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.

• A caring and compassionate nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and flexibility
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided
• £12.71 per hour

Drivers will be considered depending on the successful applicant and the client’s needs.
