is the job role?

Service Manager – Core Therapy, Adult Early Prevention and Local Integrated Teams We are seeking an inspiring and innovative Service Manager to lead our Core Therapy, Adult Early Prevention and Local Integrated Teams. This pivotal role will drive our strengths-based, person-centred approach, ensuring residents receive timely support and intervention to maximise independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Working across health and social care partnerships, you will champion prevention, early intervention and integrated working, enabling people to remain safe, connected and independent within their own homes and communities for as long as possible.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and excellent outcomes for the people we support.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to champion Adult Social Care and shape services that make a real difference, reducing dependency on long-term care through proactive, community-focused support and innovative ways of working.

The post holder will be expected to work flexibly across services and provide cover where required to meet service demands
